In the last 20 years, the continually-growing Smeraglia team have dedicated their lives to learning everything they can about this wonderful dog breed.
After decades of research, documentation, and training, we are the Goldendoodle experts with more experience and knowledge with English Goldendoodles than anyone in the world. And it shows in our puppies.

Our English Teddy Bear Goldendoodles come from some of the finest dogs in Europe and America. They have outstanding pedigrees and come from the most distinguished champion bloodlines in the world.
• Their unique look and disposition is by design and is the achievement of Smeraglia’s many years of breeding experience and research.
• In addition to their carefully chosen lineage, we perform numerous health tests for our parent dogs to ensure that our puppies have a lower incidence of health issues.
• All of our parent dogs and puppies begin their lives here at Smeraglia as a member of the Smeraglia family, where they are loved and socialized from birth by our amazing Dog loving team.
• We’re not just about puppies here at Smeraglia Farm. We love our parent dogs and we have a team dedicated to the daily care and enrichment of our adolescent and adult dogs.
Our one-of-a-kind “SUPER PUPPY” program begins at birth
And continues for 16 weeks or longer, depending on the needs of our adoptive families. From the day our puppies are born, they are never left alone. They are loved, cared for, interacted with, and watched over 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

*Please Note: Please note, you are able to do additional weeks beyond and in between the established programs. (3 weeks, 9 weeks, 14 weeks, 22 weeks) In Blocks 3 and 4, The training is more client-focused and we take the foundations laid in the first two blocks and now transition them to fit the lifestyle of their new family. The Goals vary based on the individual client and puppy needs.
We spend time each day with every puppy to ensure they are properly socialized and have good emotional health. We can honestly say: WE KNOW OUR PUPPIES.
We introduce all of our puppies to basic manners, obedience, and crate training from 6 to 8 weeks of age.
We have an incredible media team at Smeraglia's. We want our clients to see and get to know our puppies the best that they can. We’re proud of our babies! Our talented media team produces:
• Beautiful, professional-quality pictures of our puppies at 2, 4, and 7 weeks of age
• Videos of each litter at 7 weeks of age.

Here at Smeraglia, Temperament rules!
At seven weeks of age, we do a personality evaluation on every puppy. This allows us to match each puppy with the family who is the best suited for them. Once our puppies have their “glamorous” 6-week photo and video session, clients choose their first and second favorite, BUT… TEMPERAMENT RULES!
We understand that our puppies are all unique and exceptionally beautiful; choosing a puppy based solely on its looks, however, is not a good idea. If you and your puppy’s personality aren’t a good match, it can cause frustration for you both. We will ultimately match our client with the puppy from their group of favorites that is best suited for them based on personality.
Once you’re matched with your Teddy Bear Goldendoodle, you can choose to enroll your puppy into our exclusive Doodle Prep School and have your puppy trained before they come home. We have a variety of programs to meet our clients’ specific needs.
