Zadie is a Zara/Charming girl who was born on 9/29/19 and weighs 71 pounds. She has an incredibly sweet, affectionate, and oh-so-gentle personality! Like any of us, Zadie can occasionally become overwhelmed and appreciates a little patience and understanding in those moments. Overall, though, she is the true definition of a gentle giant. She is remarkably tolerant, mild-mannered, and easygoing, with a calm presence that makes her wonderful to be around. While she spends most of her time happily taking things at a relaxed pace, her bubbly and playful side shines through whenever the mood strikes her!

How do I know that my puppy’s parents are healthy?

Here at Teddybear Goldendoodles, we want you to know that we are committed to producing the healthiest puppies possible.

We conduct extensive tests on all of our puppy parents to make sure they don’t have any common genetic disorders. These tests include screenings for conditions related to the eyes, hips, elbows, and heart.

It’s important to set realistic expectations.

Transitioning to a new home can be overwhelming, and can lead to accidents.

However, puppies that attend our prep school program usually do much better than those that don’t.

A temperament test can assess your puppy’s personality, reactions, and behavior in different scenarios.

We use these tests because we believe that they are essential in helping us pick a perfect home for each of our puppies.

But it’s also important to remember that although these tests are very helpful, no test is 100% accurate.

Afterall, puppies (like humans) can sometimes change as they grow up.

You don’t have to, but we definitely recommend it. Our program is very comprehensive and is designed specifically for our doodle puppies.

It focuses on socialization, foundational obedience commands, and fosters positive experiences in different environments.

Our goal with this program has always been to prepare our puppies for a smooth transition into their new home, and give them the best possible start in life.
