Lucy is such a special girl, and anyone who spends even a few minutes with her feels it. She has been growing and maturing with us, quietly becoming more confident, more polished, and more ready for her forever home with each passing week. While the tiny new babies often catch quick attention, Lucy has been patiently waiting for the family who truly sees her — and when they do, they are going to feel incredibly lucky.

She has the sweetest, most loving heart. Lucy genuinely adores people and forms beautiful, meaningful bonds. She is gentle with children, respectful in her manners, and very eager to please. She looks to her person for connection and reassurance, and she thrives when she feels part of the family. There is something very steady and comforting about her presence.

Her energy level is a balanced 6 out of 10, which makes her such an easy fit for so many homes. She enjoys playtime and being involved in the fun, but she also settles beautifully and loves nothing more than curling up beside her people. That natural balance — not too much, not too little — is something families often search for and don’t always find.

Although some may notice her age and hesitate, this stage is truly a gift. Lucy is past the unpredictable baby phase and has matured into a well-rounded, thoughtful young dog. She has completed far more than the standard 8 weeks of prep school, yet her price remains frozen at the puppy balance plus 8 weeks. That means her future family receives the benefit of extensive continued training, structure, and development without paying beyond the original program. She is ahead in all the ways that matter and beautifully prepared for real life.

On rare occasions in brand new environments, Lucy may show a little submissive excitement. It is not frequent and continues to improve as her confidence grows. As she settles into a secure, loving home and forms that strong bond with her family, we expect this to resolve naturally.

Lucy is truly a hidden gem — the kind of girl who may not shout for attention but absolutely deserves it. She has so much love to give and such a steady, loyal heart. The right family will see her for exactly who she is, and when they do, it will simply feel right.
